University of Toronto and University of Waterloo question

Hey guys,

I'm currently in my last year of undergrad and applying to pharmacy school at U of T and Waterloo. I took organic chemistry but I didn't take the lab component. I'm planning on applying anyway because I would have to wait until Fall 2019 for the organic chemistry labs to be offered. Would missing the organic chemistry lab component have a huge effect on my application?
